The Same Home.
A Better Setting.

We retouch, enhance and composite your existing home photos into realistic new scenery, with natural lighting, shadows, perspective and scale. Every window, roofline and architectural detail stays true to what you build. Real photographs, not 3D renders.

Existing Photos, Transformed

Every “after” is built from the “before” photograph beside it — retouched, enhanced and composited into a new environment. No 3D models, no renders from plans, no changes to the home itself.

How It Works

Accuracy First, Then Atmosphere

A repeatable process, AI-assisted where it helps and checked by a person every time. One rule: the home in the image is the home you sell.

  1. 01

    Send Your Existing Photos

The product photos you already have — factory lot, gravel pad, overcast sky. No 3D files, plans or new shoots required.

  2. 02

    Lock the Architecture

We isolate the home exactly as photographed. Windows, doors, roofline, siding and proportions are treated as fixed.

  3. 03

    Retouch & Enhance

We remove signage, stickers and lot clutter, finish skirting and steps, and refine sky, light, color and sharpness.

  4. 04

    Composite the Scenery

We replace or create the landscaping and environment, matching natural light, shadows, perspective, ground contact and scale.

  5. 05

    Human QC

AI-assisted tools do the heavy lifting. A person checks every image against your original for accuracy, and against the set for consistency.

  6. 06

    Production-Ready Delivery

Upscaled, high-resolution files for your website, listings, brochures and ads, organized by model and repeatable for every release.

3D rendering studio

  • Rebuilds your home from plans
  • Small details can drift from what ships
  • Slow and costly per model

Commodity photo editing

  • Generic background swaps
  • Lighting, shadows and scale rarely match
  • Inconsistent results across a catalog

FengMyShui

  • Starts from your existing photographs
  • Retouched and composited, never redesigned

Start Small

Start With a Sample Project

The portfolio shows the method; a sample project shows it on your own product. Send one model, see the results, and decide with the images in front of you.

  1. 01

    Send photos of one model

Whatever you have today — lot photos are exactly what we work from.

  2. 02

    We retouch and composite it

Into a few settings chosen with you to fit your buyers and your markets.

  3. 03

    You judge the accuracy

Compare every image against your original, side by side.

Once the quality is proven, we become your ongoing production partner: repeatable output for your full catalog and new releases, on a monthly plan sized to your volume.

No commitment. We'll confirm scope before any work begins.

FAQ

Common Questions

Accuracy, AI, process and what working together looks like.

Yes — that's the whole point. The home comes from your own photograph, and we treat its architecture as fixed: window count and placement, doors, roof pitch, siding, trim, colors, proportions and scale. We only retouch and replace what's around it: lot clutter, ground, landscaping, background, sky and light. Every image is checked against your original before delivery.

No on both counts. We work from existing photographs of the actual home, not 3D models rebuilt from plans, and we don't add features it doesn't have — no extra porches, upgraded materials or decorative trim. If an option or upgrade should appear, we'll only show it when you supply a photo of the home with that option.

Yes, and we're open about it. We work with leading AI image models, including Google's Nano Banana, alongside traditional retouching and upscaling. The tools are fast; consistent, accurate results come from how they're directed and checked. A person compares every image with your original photograph for architectural accuracy and with the rest of the set for consistency. Anything that alters the product is rejected and redone.

Everything that makes the home look finished and well photographed without changing the product: removing signage, stickers, props and lot clutter; finishing skirting and permanent steps the home would have once set up; enhancing sky, light and color; and sharpening and upscaling for print and large screens.

The product photos you already have are usually enough — exterior shots on the factory lot, sales lot or job site. Higher resolution and a clear, unobstructed view of the home help most. If you're planning a new shoot, we're happy to share a short shot list that makes compositing easier.

We replace or create the scenery and landscaping around the home: landscaped suburban lots, rural acreage, wooded and mountain homesites, coastal, lakeside and resort settings, backyards for ADUs, and more — in different seasons and times of day. We'll recommend settings that fit your buyers and the markets you sell into.

It depends on the number of models and environments. For a sample project we'll confirm a delivery date before we start; for ongoing work we agree on a production schedule that fits your launches and marketing calendar.

Yes. We're set up as a creative production partner, not a one-off edit service: a repeatable process, consistent settings, light and style across every model, organized deliverables, and capacity for ongoing image volume, new releases and seasonal refreshes.

Request a sample project using the form above. We'll confirm the scope, you send photos of one model, and we return it retouched and composited into a few environments so you can judge the quality on your own product before committing to anything larger.

Ongoing work is priced on volume — how many models, how many environments per model, and how often you release new ones. We'll put together a proposal once you've seen your sample and we understand your catalog.

Many manufacturers add a short note such as “home shown in an illustrative setting.” We can deliver versions with or without a discreet caption so you can follow your own marketing and compliance guidelines.
